After serving my country for more than 25 years, I wanted to build a company based on continued service to my community.  In the fall of 2019, I started Algire Group, focusing on Workplace Violence Prevention.  Shortly after in 2020, the Global Pandemic hit.  Like most people, I watched as people struggled to meet their basic needs.  Through a strong connection forged in my early career, I was able to establish the groundwork for a new focus: providing Agricultural Commodities from suppliers who had the best products, in available quantities, and could get them to where they were needed.

I am a service-disabled veteran who served multiple tours in Iraq in support of the Global War on Terrorism.  During my last deployment, as the Battle Captain/Operations Officer for a Combat Service Support Battalion, I worked to build and refine ground-up operations, moving more than 100M metric tons of equipment a year.  I directed inventory, customer tracking, quality control, and standards, with a focus on personnel training.  Streamlining inventory management programs yielded 40% reduction in audit discrepancies and $50M reduction in annual inventory costs.  Championing the US military's continued focus on protecting the environment by ensuring compliance with all federal, state, host nation, and local regulations on pollution prevention.

I have been around construction my entire life.  Upon graduation from college in 1995, my father and I started a concrete and metal building erection company, which later merged with Super Structures General Contractors, Inc. in 2003.  Some projects I have led and been involved with include assisted living facilities, industrial, multifamily, manufacturing, warehouse buildings, retail, medical offices, state, and federal projects.  I bring this experience to Algire Group with a strong desire to build great relationships with partners, from around the world, who look to make it a better place for all.

I hold a BA in International Business from Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia, and an M.Sc. in Project Management with a concentration in Construction and Infrastructure from The University of Liverpool in Liverpool, England.
